a product which HE has taken the time to make, order, or pull it of his ass, it doesn't matter, and resell to someone else at a fair price. Shop around and you'll see that the $250 you paid is about average for a new set of testpipes. The fact that you discovered an invoice is irrelavent in the end. You have a product at a fair price that I'm sure will work in its intended purpose. He is not here to do favors for free, he has taken an interest in selling items to make money. This is the rule of business so get a clue. Let me clue you in to the general rule of retail. This is a general rule and doesn't apply to everything but most retailers follow this to some degree. When a RETAILER buys a product from a WHOLESALER or the MANUFACTURER for $10, they immediately mark that product up 100% AND then mark it up again anywhere from 20-50% and sometimes even more. This is the cost of doing business and anyone in business that doesn't mark UP the products they resell wont be in business very long. They have to pay rent or lease on the business, water, electric, employees, taxes, etc, and then try to take out some money themselves so they can survive too and at the same time try to reinvest $$ back into there business in the form of more inventory they hope they can resell at a profit and so on. So lets look again at the pipes you claim to have been ripped off buying. "$150 + 25 for shipping so thats 175 total, $75 without a sweat". I think he bought the product at a fair price for not being retail business, and then marked it up appropriately to make a few $$ for his time and effort. If he would have sold it for $175 + shipping to you I would call him a bad businessman or extremely generous. Lets look at the bigger picture with something you can relate to. Do you think the Nismo 555 injectors you have cost the person you bought them from $800? I'll bet you that if I could see the books of a vendor here that moves many of these items they probably pay about ~~$75-90 per unit. Then guess what? Ahhhhhhh they mark them up, OMFG, they ripped you off!!! NOT, they did what every red blooded person in business has to do to stay in business. So get over it, shop around, and you'll see that you received what you purchased at a price you agreed to pay and that's that. Now go to your room and you get no dinner!!
